Menu bug

There's a bug regarding the menu that creates a weird 'rectangle'(?) that shouldn't occur.

Steps to replicate:

1. Open the menu
2. Go to Misc
3. Scroll all the way down
4. Go to visuals
5. Go back to misc but click 2 times on the tab

Not sure how you came across this bug especially when you have to click on misc twice... Pretty sure double-clicking a tab is a war crime.
