they won't give you a hwid reset if you get a whole new system.
If you used an HWID on every part on your PC you most likely won't get one.
Maybe open a ticket and try to solve it with the staff, maybe they gotta think about it.

If you had an issue with an admin, try talking to him, sometimes talking things out is the best option.
