If i buy current onetap with united states card but i live in a different country do i get banned for it?

so i live in brasil rn and i left my card in america, and i wanted to buy a sub for onetap but will i get banned if i use a card that states im from america yet i login to this account and use the cheat from brasil? (i still have the details but i left it with my sister since it doesnt work in brasil lol)
