Still waiting on my onetap sub

so I purchased onetap around 6 days ago and I have been charged for it, however Paypal is still telling me its pending. It did take money from my card, and yet it still says pending. I have bank statements if needed. Can I either get my money back or get my sub? Or can this be worked out? Thanks!

Did you pay for it with your bank? Does it say echeck? If so that means 5-7 business days meaning about 9 days +..

If PayPal says pending then maybe call up PayPal and ask them why is it still pending for a start?

Nothing much we can do since PayPal is the one who processes the payments and our system is automated such that subs are activated upon release of payment from PayPal.
