A couple of years ago I tried another CSGO cheat (monthly sub) and used aimassist/trigger bot on key and got Vac'd after 2 weeks, is it safe to use cheats on MM? Only looking to use for legit playing.
Worth to mention is that it was not an Overwatch ban that got me.
I think it's been many years since paid cheats were ever detected by the VAC. The answer, therefore, is yes. It is safe to use this cheat on the MM. Yet, I discourage you to do so with the main or valuable accounts. All in all, there is still risk to get banned .
As a clarification it has NOT been many years and rather it has been a few months since the last vac wave which happened most likely due to the server crasher.
