Question about Steam Account

Hello so,

I have quit the csgo scene for a time now (as you can see my sub has ran out) and I wonder, is there a way to prohibit that when you buy csgo on a new account that the trust factor isn`t instant low.
Like if you have another account and that got already reported often and you create a new one you instant start with a bad trust factor. So I wonder is there a way to stop this? Maybe buy csgo from a VM or a completely another pc and then use it on your normal one?

I hope somebody gets what I mean and can help me.

You cant play normal on VM.

Reinstall Windows 10 ( i mean new clean instalation from usb/dvd), dont add old vac phone number and everything will be fine. You can use vpn. I recomment expressvpn.
