Onetap and debit cards.

I am going to make my own debit card, so I can buy onetap. Do all debit cards work, or there are some that i cant buy onetap with. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I dont want to take any risks.

Has to accept international payments, must accept online banking, must not be USA only.
