My Card Keeps Declining When I Go To Buy

When i tried to buy OT for a month it says my card is declined even though i have money on it
ive tried over and over again and still nothing seems to be working
any help?

I also turned on International payments and went through it with my bank and still nothing works

Make sure your bank has international payments enabled, you may have to call them. You can also just go through a reseller.
