card declined/ not wokring

I have a debit card through a bank and whenever i try to buy a ot sub this pops up https://gyazo.com/a7fe5a93116892414079509e1c085b7f and the payment will never go through, i contract my bank and they say they see nothing, please help i love ot but dont want to pay reseller price.

Generally debit cards are not accepted online, just credit cards.
