Fake lags

Please explain what I'm doing wrong. The problem is fake lags. The fact is that for any values of any fake lags and on any servers, it pushes me back and stops every 3 seconds. The Internet is good, 40 Mbit per second. What could be the problem?

Check your fake lag type. I mean i use adaptive and everything is good.

Lower your choke/send limit and don't use maximum fakelag if you struggle with it..
