I'm not quite sure about the payment system but I would suggest to open a ticket

if you want to find a reseller for other payment you can check out pre-sale and there are pinned threads about reseller, DO NOT find any other unauthorized/unofficial reseller and check are they the real reseller instead of some imitator

Has happened before with me when using Stripe, it just decides not to accept the credit card. Try generating a virtual card on your bank app if it has that feature.
