There is no monthly purchase. Once you purchased it, It will not continue purchasing. Once your sub runs out it will not continue until you buy it again.

Once you pay the 20$, they grant you the use of their cheat until the 1 month duration expires, say if you bought December 5th 1999, You'd have the hack until January 5th 2000.
