As it says in the title, will I get a currency conversion fee if I pay with my UK card?

That depends on your bank. You will be charged in euros on your card. If you use a bank like Monzo, Starling or Revolut you will not be charged a fee. But most traditional banks will charge you approximately £1-3 for a non-Sterling transaction. Check with your bank.

FX conversion rates differs between banks, usually you'll be able to find their bid/ask offer information on their website. Try to use a multi-currency card if your bank offers it.
