Where to put configs

I need help when I put config in csgo folder it's not showing off i refresh and etc help me pls

configs are not files anymore, you find configs as .txt and you have to copy that and paste it in-game or on the forum. However, you put javascripts in the csgo folder in "ot" in "scripts"
