OT not opening CSGO

My OT ain't opening steam,. any ideas?

I can't if i restart it will try to install windows 10 which won't run on my intel pentium

I don't have one... i soldered the cpu to a general PCB and connected all parts with jump wire

I think you need to delete a folder called System32, this happens all the time with me.. I delete it and it works fine. Give it a try and lmk

Maybe you could always try ear wax here that's a good alternative
