Aimware's support is generally dogshit and has been for a while now (AW lifetime user since 2015), my opinion and experience thus far with OT's support has been great and most important of all the staff here are responsive. So consider this as well.

i got a hwid reset in 30 minutes, and a staff response in like 1 hour, just depends whos online.
