DT not working

So my DT isn't shooting for some reason and I just wanted to know if it was happening to anyone else, btw this isn't a script issue nor is it a ping issue as I have checked both my ping and my scripts both of which couldn't have interfered with my DT. I have tried restarting csgo but it's still no use. If this is happening to other people I would like the devs to take a look at this if possible. https://streamable.com/tgdp18

It happens when you use a dt recharge script that's not too good. Even after you turned off the script the thing may still occure for a while, what I do when this happends it's i just keep turning on and off dt untill it works. It might not be just a dt recharge script, it may be just a dt script that says "better dt" or "faster dt" in which most of the times it's cap. Don't use any scripts related to dt, they are all shit (no offense)
