You can use either of the two exploits at one time.
You cant use both.
Ot prefers dt more than hs so when both dt and hs is toggled/held/turned on it chooses dt and doesnt hs.
You should use hs over long distances and dt in close quarters both are very useful once u know how to apply them effectively in different scenarios.
