I live in Canada and cannot buy the cheat, everytime i try it says card declined. And yes i have way more then enough money in that account. If i need to buy a pre-paid visa let me know and i can do that.

Im just done using shitty cheats and want the real head ripper.

Make sure your card accepts international payments, you may have to call your bank. If it still doesn't work just go through a reseller.
