So recently I had a problem when loading onetap.
I created a support ticket and within 1 minute a moderator responded and assigned the ticket to the admins.
Edeen later responded around 5 minutes after telling me to try logging in again also giving instructions on what to do if it still fails.
It failed, I said it failed and the ticket was again reassigned to admins 1 minute later.
Ed then told me to add his discord.
He then helped me for over 20 hours in total (not 20 hrs straight) but he guided me through absolutely everything to do before giving the final verdict that I should indeed reinstall my OS.
After loads of hours ed was still responding quickly to my messages and told me what to do after I reinstalled my OS.
My onetap now works completely fine and it is back to normal.
One of the best support experiences I have had, excellent response time, and deals professionaly and accordingly.
