You can always request an HWID reset when you wan't to use your new computer.

Depends whenever a staff member can reset your HWID, after they do that you can change it instantly

Just make sure you do it from the same ip.. this is to prevent account sharing / selling and much more... but if your ip matches all should be fine.

problem is, im in florida rn, and in september, im coming back to NYC

Then no, you cannot unless you request it from the new computer before you go back, or if you log into the laptop in nyc then it should be good. just make sure the laptop is next to the pc whne you reset ig
