Speedrun Details:
Since I'm probably the first guy ever to record how fast a 1v1 went, I'll be making the rules.
Glitchless =Non-scripted, actual 1v1.
TAS =You were using some form of cheat
Discount the first freeze time & in between the round time. Count the next freeze time if there is one.
(Discounting the first freeze time due to the fact that the command can be altered using mp_freezetime x)

Honestly, I think this is a great idea but it has to big of a window to have two people working together to make it fast. you really can't confirm no collusion with something like this sadly. Keep going though some sort of hvh speedrun would be very unique!
