There will most likely won't be a paypal option so I guess resellers are your only option if you can only buy via them

Paypal won't be added again so you can only buy from resseler. And if there will be a summer sale i don't think resselers are gonna sell for lower price. Sorry for my p english.

If there is a sale I will for sure cut down with the sale. I doubt there will be but you never know, also PayPal is yes temporarily down but no eta of when it will be back up. All I know for sure is they are having problems and in the meantime you can use resellers like me to get you the cheat.
