99% of js sellers are chatting out of their ass, don't buy, and don't sell.

Also, about the actual post's question - packs aren't a thing on ot, you find seperate scripts that you like, I suppose you could ask people to share their /scripts/ folder but it's not really a pack, when I used other* forums I saw that people uploaded .rar(s) of scripts which I suppose would be called a pack, they were LQ and buggy.
