Visuals cutting out and inability to open steam gui or console

I just got another ot sub after a month and 2 bugs have been reoccurring for a few hours. First off, visuals cut off meaning only chams show for a few seconds on enemies. Something that follows this is my console being invisible and when I shift tab nothing is there.

I've had the same problem with the esp, if i scope in after the bomb has been planted all my esp disappears.

if you are using this script, then that may be the reason. i'm pretty sure @tinted is currently working on fixing those issues
