Am I going to be able to refund the cheat if for example the fps is too unbearable?
Or I run into any other problems?

However i would say there would be no need to refund the FPS doesnt drop that much and theres no real major issues that im aware of

If your PC is not suitable for csgo cheating I suggest you keep your money and save it to buy a better PC before purchasing cheats and realizing your PC is a heavy bottleneck. I would rather you do that than buy the cheat and become unhappy.
