It might not help that much, but if you have a multi-core CPU it will most likely help at least a tiny bit, might not be a crazy impact though.

I noticed about a 10 fps improvement but heck I'll take it. I got 8gb ddr3 and a 2gb gtx 1050 so it cant do much in big lobbies.
