I saw someone on the forums earlier having issues paying with a prepaid card so if that doesn't work i suggest using the advice given by upset and just using a reseller

I used a prepaid for mine and it took about 30 minutes for it to activate.

he probably got an issue because he paid with 20$ prepaid card. it has to be at least 22 usd plus 1 usd for card fee
