Well as it obviously isnt an option I dont think you can.
I thought this was a problem at first too, but I just bought my sub through stribe without no issues. You dont have to go to their website to register or anything, and its very easy. Give it a try mate

Onetap currently does not support PayPal - only Bitcoin and Stripe. If you only have money in a PayPal balance and dont have a Bitcoin wallet available, you can head over to the 'Resellers' section and find a trusted reseller who will take care of the transaction for you, however it may cost you a few extra euros due to fees taken from Bitcoin and the seller themself.
