Name Change

I think everyone should be able to change there name one time on the forums, as an example my friend got doxxed under the same username he uses on the OT forums and if he was able to change his name ppl wouldn't always be messaging him, but in the grand scheme of things it would just be nice to be able to change our names at least one time.

If this gets more than 500 Yes's I will make a yt video and try to make it happen.
