Multiple devices and multiple IPs

Hello, I’m new to all of these so please be patient. I have to consistently travel to two locations every week, and was wondering how HWID works for this program. I have a laptop and desktop, the laptop being well powerful enough to run onetap. I was wondering how it would work if I where to need/want onetap on both devices, even though both have different IPs commonly associated with them.
 
you'd have to reset your hwid every time u run onetap on a different device because your account is only locked to one computer.

How difficult is it to do so? Is it something I can do manually or is it like aimware where a moderator has to do it?
