When you buy it should say "Subscriber"

Check your card / bank info to make sure the payment actually went through.
It should say something like - [PURCHASE ONETAP +19206638270]

The payment wasn't processed, check your credit card statement for your subscription, if it shows up as a successful payment and yet you don't receive the subscription here in the forum, contact support by opening a ticket here and provide proof of payment.
