How tf does the cheat target who it will hit.

cheat decides to shoot the 70 hp

Hitchance per target
Predicted damage per target
Maybe whichever was closest to your crosshair

i'd say mostly depends on safety

Assuming the following scenario:
20 HP target has only 1 available safe point and only 70% chance to hit it.
70 HP target is lethal from your bullet through a stomach/chest/pelvis shot and there's 4 safe points around there with 65%-75% hit chance for each of them to hit.

It's very obvious who will be prioritized.

This post is useless since there is no video attached to it, maybe the 70HP person had his baim hitboxes visible and the 20HP person had only his head out.
