How Are You Handling Teams Troubleshooting Scenarios While Preparing for the MS-721 Exam?

Hey all,
I am busy preparing for the MS-721 test at the moment, and in recent days I seem to be dedicating a lot of time to Microsoft Teams calling and meetings troubleshooting. What I’ve realized is that although having good knowledge about a certain feature of a tool helps, it does not necessarily mean that troubleshooting will be easy. For instance, when troubleshooting calling and meetings, if the issue might be either related to configuration, connectivity or services, sometimes it is hard to figure out where to start. I’ve been reviewing those topics again as well as practicing MS-721 exam questions to be more prepared for the kind of situations I might face. What works best for me is spending a minute to understand the issue first before selecting the right answer, instead of jumping straight into the solution just because it seems familiar. Could you tell me more about your experience preparing for or taking the MS-721 test?
