I ve found that when hide shots on , I got more miss than it off. DoubleTap has the same but better than hide shots.
The hide shots makes baim but merely headshots and low fire speed .
I wonder if the exploits are under beta? or I got the wrong way to tap it?

Hide shots makes you less accurate on any hack

Any exploits you use will disable fakelag and doubletap.

And Hide Shots making you inaccurate is normal and that's why it's an exploit and not a built-in feature.

stop spreading misinformation and believing in placebos.

shifting ticks to skip the shot animation cannot possibly make you less accurate at the time of shooting.

you can literally test this with spread circle as well, there is no difference.
