I can't buy cause it says "Please disconnect from your VPN/Proxy/Tor connection to upgrade."

But I was never in a VPN or proxy of any kind. Not during registration. neither during purchase. Tried different browsers, Incognito mode. Everything. Someone please help

What is your ISP? maybe try unplugging your internet and plugging it back in

You mean unplug the internet cable from my router or the router cable from my pc?
