Can non subscribers view cheat updates?

So I know a lot of people are waiting for cheat update maybe (non subscribers ) but I can't see the update thread. I think a lot of non subscribers are interested in seeing the update thread . Wouldn't this be a win win for onetap because people will buy the cheat if they see update and also win for non subscribers because they know what's going on?

I can always ask my friends but I was thinking that it would be easier for nonsubscribers to buy the cheat it they are up to date with the updates. I want to buy the cheat but I still try to find someone to give me PayPal money for skins

Yea I understand, It would probably be a good update. No clue why they don't.
