Can I use onetap.su on a virtual machine bc I have a shitty PC and use a virtual machine to play counter strike at the desired frame rate aimware works on virtual machines so I'm wondering if onetap does too

In the TOS it states: Using onetap.su software with any form of sharing tools (including but not limited to TeamViewer/AnyDesk) which a VM to stream applications would apply under this.

It wont work with ANY form of vm including:
- VPS
- Sandboxie
- VMWARE
and every other way you can debug it.
