Thanks for the info! If the payments weren’t fraudulent but clearly a system error, is there still a way to request a review? Or does it only apply if the account was actually compromised?

Automatic renewal is not system error, in order to get charged 5 times this person had to make 5 orders. The rule doesn't apply only to the account being compromised.
