Thank god someone who's brain didn't just develop, This should be a note in the cheats menu to everyone who thinks they know wtf they are talking about.

I rarely miss head or body with scout and I play with 68 hc, people forget that ping, lag compensation, and all these other things factor into HVH, not just a good config you put together in a bot match. Moral of the story, adjust settings based on ping.

The whole point of the "resolver" is to resolve the players angle, sometimes the cheat can't resolve or extrapolate(predict the enemies future position) due to issues being caused externally, you have to take into account things like network connection, play-style & overall game knowledge.
