There is a known issue with Onetap causing red trust factor yes, but the developers are looking into it and this will be addressed with the next update.

You are idiot, actually onetap vac bypass is free source vac bypass, when u use free vac bypass on internet, u will have red trust after some matches like when use onetap. Onetap dev is bad, look on aimware and neverlose, both have vac bypass and they dont make your account red trust.

It is literally the only reason as to why you get red trust. same happens with NL. with GS it doesn't happen because they don't use a vac bypass
