throwing nades at floor with hs/dt

ik this always happens on every cheat sometimes, but recently its been about every 1/4 grenades. i have to hold e before i throw to make sure i dont throw at the floor.
is there any way for this to be improved?

Haven't had this happen in awhile. Turn off fast throw in the exploit section.
