For whatever reason it's being detected as a proxy; either because a Proxy/VPN is being used, or perhaps because of a browser extension.

Incognito (Ctrl+Shift+N) in Chrome disables most extensions unless otherwise configured by default. Give that a shot.
If you continue to run into issues I'd probably suggest using a reseller.
