Payment Glitch? Help please

I tried to purchase the CSGO upgrade, but it said my card was declined. I checked my card transactions, and Stripe took $23, yet my account does not have access
Does it take a while before it registers, or did I just get completely screwed out of my money?

make a ticket and show off your transaction or w/e they ask you

Tentei comprar uma atualização do CSGO, mas disse que meu cartão foi recusado. Verifique minhas taxas com cartão e o Stripe levou US $ 23, mas minha conta não tem acesso.
