onetap is trying to renew my sub but I don't want!!!

So onetap is trying to renew my sub but I don't want. my sub already ended and I don't have money on my card so everyday I have email from onetap that payment was unsuccessful. I want to turn it off pls help cuz I don't want next sub!!!

you can just ignore the emails, there's a delay with the payment system since it's done off-site with Stripe.
