well, first off. Scout works with lower hitchance. anywhere between 65 to 75. try to not use exploits if you feel like its missing. ot v3 > otc fr and yes. uid issue, uid issue and cfg issue. git gud.

RageBot (9/10) It's pretty alright imo, depends on playstyle. havent really used anything else to compare but I usually sit on top using OT. Resolver seems to only go downhill, for what I remember v2 hit way more head but I guess I perform equally to when I was using v2 so no big complains...
