There is RCS... you just need to be shooting at someone for it to work. If you don't have legitbot enabled and you're not targeting someone, you won't have RCS.

Same PC = no HWID reset. Different PC, same location + IP address = HWID request probably accepted Different PC, different location OR IP address = HWID request probably denied.

If you play at location w with IP x, then the system will remember that. If you go to location y and have IP z, you will look like a totally different person trying to access someone's account and play on it.

This doesn't exist, and probably won't ever exist. There's no reason to work on 2 cheats because at some point, they will meet and be at the same level. No reason to have 2 and would slow down updates for v3.
