Have you tried playing without anti-aim? At this point, it's better than playing with anti-aim. No AA makes me feel like I'm in the matrix.

Multiple factors could be at play here. Doubletap, Hitchance, Point-scale, etc. Personally, I've never had more than 2 spread misses on one person. Hope this helped ya.
