Fakeduck accuracy is really the best it can be. There are natural spread misses that come with constant ducking that just can't be avoided. I can't say I've experienced all these resolver issues that you have. I almost always hit head within the first 2 shots. But overall some of the things...

Identifying what cheats others are using is something that comes with experience. For example if you notice a cheat's first shot always shooting at an angle towards the nearest wall it's probably using a freestanding resolver (aka skeet).
